Charles Durrant secures the acquittal of a man who whilst on a suspended sentence for harassment, the defendant was accused of breaching a restraining order by further stalking the same complainant. After repeated Orders for disclosure the case collapsed when the defence managed to prove the complainant had effectively perverted the course of justice by manufacturing evidence.
