Saul Herman instructed by the Serious Fraud Office in an ongoing investigation

Saul Herman has been intructed by the Serious Fraud Office as Senior Disclosure Counsel in relation to an ongoing investigation. The position is that of a proseution junior with reponsibilty for disclosure.

This continues Saul's work for the SFO, having concluded his instructions on the Rolls-Royce investigation in February this year, following the earlier successful Deferred Prosecution Agreement.
