Charles Durrant successful in opposing the imposition of a criminal behaviour order against rap star Marvin Bailey (aka 'Fredo')

Charles Durrant successfully opposed the imposition of a criminal behaviour order which could have prevented platinum selling rap star Marvin Bailey (aka ‘Fredo') from performing music with his producer and friend Damani Charles.

Orders for other defendants such as rival gang member Rhys Herbert (aka rapper 'Digga D') were however made preventing him from making further music unless the Metropolitan Police Gangs Unit authorised it.

Charles was instructed and helped enormously by Dene Mclene and Richard Jefferies at Sperrin Law.
