Charles Durrant has been successful in a non-insane automatism trial for a matter of driving whilst disqualified and drink driving. The client was a decorated veteran of 3 tours of Afghanistan before being medically discharged from the Army. He later went on to suffer from acute PTSD and from periods of ‘dissociation'. The matter was additionally complicated by drink and previous convictions for the same. The client was acquitted of all charges.
