Puneet Grewal secures acquittal in modern slavery case

Puneet Grewal

Puneet Grewal secured the acquittal of her client on charges of possession with intent to supply class A drugs following a 3 day trial at Bournemouth Crown Court.

The prosecution alleged that the 21-year old man had travelled from London to Bournemouth to supply drugs. They said that he had done so not through compulsion but through choice despite the conclusive grounds stating that the man had been a victim of modern slavery.

Puneet was instructed by Emma Lewis of MK Law
