Not Guilty verdicts entered to 2 shootings and an arson after a Court finds ‘no case to answer’

Chris Bertham, instructed by Fuad Arshad at Bradford Law Solicitors has successfully defended A at Nottingham Crown Court, who was charged with arson with intent to endanger life and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life after a caravan was burned and a person investigating was shot with a shotgun. A further shooting happened at a different address shortly afterwards.

Chris was able to identify the weaknesses in the circumstantial case that was built by the prosecution to secure early success in the trial.
