Jeremy Wainwright KC represented GR who was acquitted of 3 counts of rape of a woman after a trial at Bournemouth Crown Court. The case had been prosecuted by King’s Counsel. GR, a former Royal Marine, had been accused of raping a fellow employee whilst working at a Leisure Park near Weymouth.
