Oliver Kelham, instructed by Yousaf Kalim of W5 Solicitors, acted as junior counsel representing a defendant accused of involvement in conspiracies to sell or transfer prohibited firearms and to possess those firearms with intent to endanger life. The trial at Nottingham Crown Court lasted more than 4 months. Oliver’s client was acquitted of all counts. Oliver was led by Hugh Mullan of Garden Court Chambers.
