Naeem Karbhari leading Francesca Hallett secured a not guilty verdict following a 45-day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court on the more serious count of being concerned in the supply of cocaine.  Their client was one of 3 out of the 6 defendants found NOT GUILTY of this count.

The defence being run on the cannabis count was that the defendants were infact selling tightly packaged packets of popcorn to scam customers.
