Patrick Harte commences today defending in a multi-handed conspiracy to commit Kidnap, False Imprisonment and Blackmail where the complainant was allegedly held for multiple days and was subjected to torture.
The trial is due to last for six weeks at the Crown Court in Harrow and involves analysis of telecoms, cell-site and identification procedure.
