Patrick Harte commences in operation Mercury at Plymouth Crown Court

This week Patrick starts defending in a multi-handed trial at the Crown Court in Plymouth concerning an apparent Organised Crime Group based in the south-west of England who are accused of importing cocaine from Jamaica via Birmingham Airport. The OCG is accused also of using a supply network to sell cocaine and heroin in the region. The trial is expected to run for 4 – 5 weeks.
