Patrick Harte has secured the acquittal of a defendant charged with 12 counts including Blackmail, numerous Threats to Kill and breaches of a Restraining Order spanning three separate dates.
The defendant was alleged to have breached his restraining order against a local businessman by attending a premises he was prohibited from visiting on numerous occasions making serious threats against the businessman and his family members. The acquittal was achieved through careful cross examination of both the complainant and independent witnesses.
