Before starting pupillage, Rebecca worked for the Judicial Appointments Commission for 2 and a half years; initially as a selection exercise manager before being promoted to product owner. Rebecca was called to the Bar in October 2016 and is a member of Lincoln's Inn.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Simren worked as a Specialist Support Worker for children with autism spectrum disorder for two and a half years, before working as a Fee Earner in civil law. Simren was called to the Bar in July 2019.
