Puneet Grewal represented a client at Harrow Crown Court charged with multiple rapes, false imprisonment, theft and assault. She made an application of no case to answer relying on the first limb of R v Galbraith [1981] 1 WLR 1039 and the judge duly stopped the trial in relation to all counts on the indictment with the jury returning not guilty verdicts.
