Puneet’s client was retried for rape of a child under 13 and three counts of sexual assault on a child under 13 having been acquitted on several multiple incident counts during the first trial. He was alleged to have committed the offences against his step-daughter and her cousin between 2014 – 2017. The jury at Warwick Crown Court returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on all counts.
