Puneet Grewal successful in sex case involving rape, administering noxious substances with intent and assault by penetration

Puneet Grewal has secured the acquittal of her client who was charged on a 12-count indictment alleging rape, administering noxious substances with intent and assault by penetration.

The Crown abandoned the most serious counts on the indictment after the complainant was skilfully cross-examined. They conceded the assault by penetration at half time and the client was found not guilty of the attempted rape.

Puneet was instructed by Toni Hennessy-Ling of Lawtons Solicitors
