A jury at Kingston crown court heard the prosecution call 3 men opportunistic rapists who took two females back to their flat after a night of clubbing to gang rape one of the women, treating her like an animal at a zoo just for their pleasure.
Sam Giffin argued grubby group sex was consensual due to carnal desires heightened after alcohol lowered everyone’s inhibition. Not guilty verdicts were unanimous on all counts after 4 weeks of evidence.
