Samantha Ball has been successful in preventing a client from being extradited to the Netherlands.
Her client had been requested to serve a sentence for the equivalent of money laundering. Samantha successfully argued that this would be incompatible with her client’s human rights, namely his right to a private and family life, and relied on expert medical evidence and the assessments of social workers regarding his children.
