Samantha Ball, instructed by O’Keeffe Solicitors has been successful in securing the acquittal of her client in respect of assaulting an emergency worker following a trial at Wood Green Crown Court. The prosecution alleged that Samantha’s client had grabbed a police officer in an attempt to bite them during the course of an arrest. Police body-worn video was said to have captured the incident and the defence was self-defence.
