Samantha Ball, instructed by Hazel Hannan of Pickwick Solicitors, represented a client at Wood Green Crown Court. Before the end of the prosecution case, Samantha made a successful early submission of no case to answer on the first count on the indictment. The officer in the case then gave evidence and after disclosure and investigation failings were drawn out in cross-examination, the prosecution offered no evidence on the remaining twelve counts, resulting in the complete acquittal of Samantha’s client.
