Samantha Ball’s client not guilty of GBH s. 20 (wounding) and ABH after trial at Inner London Crown Court

Samantha Ball

Samantha Ball, instructed by Wheldon Law, represented a client in a trial for GBH s.20 and ABH at Inner London Crown Court.

Samantha’s client was accused of GBH s. 20 and ABH in relation to an alleged altercation at a train station. The judge removed the GBH s. 20 count from the jury at the end of the prosecution case due to the lack of evidence of a wounding. The issue on the ABH was self-defence.

The jury returned a unanimous not guilty verdict on the remaining ABH count.
