The Serious Fraud Office recently announced the conclusion of their investigation into Rolls-Royce individuals.
Saul was instructed by the SFO in February 2016 following a period of secondment with the SFO and subsequently appeared for the SFO in the Deferred Prosecution Agreement proceedings between the SFO and Rolls-Royce in January 2017
He has been continuously instructed since that time in relation to what was one of England and Wales’s largest and most complex investigations.
