Saul Herman secured the acquittal of a client charged with a 'revenge porn' offence. More formally known as an offence of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, contrary to s.33, Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, the case was heard at Croydon Crown Court and is one of the few such charges to so far have proceeded to trial.
