Scott Brady and Saul Herman appeared for the Crown in Operation Packtissue, the prosecution of Anthony Ikenwe, Kevin Nwamma and Hamza Bashir.

The three men had posed as Police officers and members of cryptocurrency firms to defraud victims of millions of pounds of cryptocurrency holdings. All three were sentenced at Southwark Crown Court, and confiscation proceedings are ongoing.

Scott and Saul were instructed by the Complex Casework Unit of the Crown Prosecution Service, with the investigation lead by the Cryptocurrency Team of the Metropolitan Police.
