Simon Gledhill secures acquittal in drug supply and money laundering case

Simon Gledhill secured the acquittal of a defendant tried for being a regional wholesale distributor of kilogram plus weights of heroin and money laundering offences. The crowns case relied of surveillance evidence, telephone and cell site evidence, expert evidence relating to drug valuations, encryption software, forensic accountants and bad character evidence.

Simon was instructed by Ferdinand Achom of Achom and Partners.
