Simon Gledhill has secured the acquittal of his client who was charged with the armed robbery of a post office. His client was identified by 3 separate witnesses however, Simon successfully argued all 3 identifications should be excluded from the trial as a consequence of failings by the police to properly adhere to their Codes of Practice.
