Simon Gledhill, instructed by Sundeep Pankhania of H.P. Gower Solicitors, has secured the unanimous acquittal of his client at Inner London Crown Court, indicted with attempted murder.
The case involved an allegation that the two Defendants attempted to decapitate their father in the street, an incident witnessed by multiple members of the public. It was successfully argued that Simon’s client did not have an intention to kill.
