Siobhan Cawkwell, instructed by Kingsbury Ellis Solicitors, represented a client at Harrow Crown Court charged with 8 counts of drug supply (Class A, B & C) and 2 counts of handling stolen goods.
Siobhan successfully excluded the telephone evidence that the Crown sought to rely on. After consideration of the remaining evidence, a guilty plea was accepted to the lesser offence of permitting premises to be used. The prosecution offered no evidence on the 10 count Indictment, resulting in the imminent release of Siobhan’s client.
