Tim Forte appears in the trial of the lead defendant in Operation Boutade, involving a conspiracy to supply 33 kilos of 95% pure cocaine, said to be worth over £2 million. The experienced trial judge commended Tim in open court for his extensive knowledge of telecoms evidence, calling his cross examination of the Police Telecoms analyst 'the best he has ever seen'.
Tim is instructed by Dene McClean of Carson Kaye, who the judge also commended for his diligent and full preparation that was invaluable in the efficient running of the trial.
