Tim Forte KC obtains NG verdict in Murder case in Chelmsford

Tim Forte KC leading Simon Gledhill, initially, persuaded the Crown to offer no evidence against their client on the count of Murder, having established through extensive expert medical evidence that the Crown could not prove the causal link between the death and the alleged assault. The Crown then sought to allege an assault occasioning ABH. Tim, now leading Oliver Kelham, successfully persuaded the Crown to offer no evidence on that count as well, leading to the acquittal of their defendant on all charges.
