After a two week trial at Leicester Crown Court, Tim Forte KC’s teenage client was unanimously acquitted of murder. After a falling out over a fake rolex and debts accruing from digital scams, HD was seen on CCTV and dashcam footage stabbing his 20 year old friend KO five times to the chest, penetrating his heart. Tim was instructed by Vanessa Wiggins at Bark & Co Solicitors.
