Tim Forte successful in an application to dismiss in a multi-handed Operation Trident gang-related firearms case

After a successful application to dismiss, Tim Forte has had all the counts against his defendant dropped and the indictment against him quashed, in a multi-handed, Operation Trident gang-related firearms case. The Judge, in a reserved judgment, upheld all of Tim's arguments based on the authorities of Suurmeijer, Berry, Strong, Searle, Myers and Ahmed, in dismissing all of the charges against his client from Operation Wumanya. The other defendants will be tried in due course.
