Tim Forte successfully argues submission of no case to answer in multi-million pound money laundering trial, Operation Tobaccophil, linked to 70 kilo importation of cocaine and heroin.

The trial of the co-defendants is ongoing at Blackfriars Crown Court. The trial judge was persuaded by Tim's legal arguments predicated on the G&F line of authorities relating to inferences.

Tim was instructed by Adnan Hussain at Gordon Shine solicitors.
