    Having drafted submissions for an Application to Dismiss, Tim Forte successfully persuaded the Crown to concede the application and formally offer no evidence against his client in Operation Vernonia – a Serious Organized Crime kidnap case at the Central Criminal Court, with issues of European Arrest Warrants, extra-jurisdictional live-link evidence from the complainant and voluminous telecoms evidence (approx. 90,000 pages). Case was heard at Central Criminal Court
