Tim Forte KC and Naeem Karbhari successfully conclude 11-week trial at the Central Criminal Court in Operation Blandway. Tim was instructed to lead for SS, a successful up and coming music artist. SS was the second defendant in this multi-handed murder and attempted murder trial arising from an alleged gang-related shooting in North London in December 2024. The trial started in January, with unanimous verdicts resulting in the acquittals of two defendants including SS, with the remaining two defendants convicted of both the murder and the two associated attempted murders. Tim and Naeem were instructed and assisted throughout by Miriam Altaf at Sperrin Law.
