Jonathan Woodcock

Call 1981

Jonathan Woodcock is a senior leading junior whose practice is exclusively defence based.

He has accrued extensive experience as a specialist defence counsel and is instructed to act across a wide spectrum of the most serious criminal cases. He has a reputation for being both sympathetic and straight-talking in his representation of clients, and spares no effort on their behalf. He has considerable experience in dealing with heavy paper cases involving complex telephone data and cell site analysis.

Away from the challenges of criminal defence, he enjoys taking part in cycling challenges to support charitable causes. He rode from London to Paris for Marie Curie Cancer Care, and from London to Berlin for Pancreatic Cancer UK. He is also a keen woodcarver.

Jonathan has represented clients in numerous organised crime matters, in particular those in which the careful analysis of telephone data and cell site data has proved the key to a successful outcome.
