DPP v H, Dublin District Court – October 2015

Patrick Harte

Patrick Harte succeeded in having a charge of Violent Disorder contrary to Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 1994 struck out by Judge Walsh at the Dublin District Court.

After negotiations with An Gardaí Siochana (Irish police force) who prosecutes the case in the District Court, Patrick ensured Mr H left Ireland free of conviction.
