John Femi-Ola KC leads Neena Crinnion, instructed by Henry Oghoetuoma of Taylor Rose MW for Mark Gordon in the trial of Constance Marten and Mark Gordon which has commenced at the Central Criminal Court.

The defendants are accused of the gross negligence manslaughter and concealment of the birthday and death of their baby daughter which led to a prolonged manhunt by the police across the whole country early last year.
