Clare Dowse discusses disclosure failings on BBC Radio London

3 Temple Gardens' Clare Dowse has appeared on Eddie Nestor's Drivetime Show on BBC Radio London today (20th December) commenting on the issues regarding disclosure of unused materials in criminal cases, following the two recent high profile collapses of rape cases being reported in the news.

Clare regularly conducts serious sex cases at the highest level on a national basis.
