Gordon Ross led Saul Herman in representing the first defendant of ten defendants charged with rape and child abduction in connection with Operation Petunia.
Following disclosure submissions and the lodging of an abuse of process application by Gordon and Saul on behalf of all defendants the CPS reviewed the case and offered no evidence against all defendants.
