Jeremy Wainwright has been instructed to represent the alleged ringleader of the Croydon asylum seeker attack. The defendant, a youth who cannot be named, was alleged by the Crown Prosecution Service to be the main attacker and has been charged with S.18 GBH and Violent Disorder. Twelve defendants have been charged for a variety of offences.
