Oliver Kelham, instructed by Nathaniel Gadsby of TV Edwards Solicitors, represented a client who was acquitted by a jury at Croydon Crown Court of sexual assault.

The case involved pre-recorded cross-examination of the young complainant. Following a four-day trial, the Defendant was unanimously acquitted of the allegation.
