Tim Forte

Tim Forte has been instructed in Operation Gobbed, one of the largest ever seizures of Class A narcotics in UK waters – over a metric tonne of cocaine worth in excess of £80 million. The drugs were seized from the fishing vessel 'Bianca' off the Cornish coast. The defence is one of duress and will be heard at Bristol Crown Court.
