After a trial lasting nearly 3 months, K was acquitted of conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life. K was charged with 8 others after 5 shootings in Farnworth and Little Hulton. People were seriously injured. K was alleged to have been part of the conspiracy to possess and use a firearm as part of a developing feud between local gangs. K was one of only two defendants who were acquitted.
