Flavia Kenyon secures a reduction in sentence from 10 years imprisonment to 8 on the grounds of totality

Flavia Kenyon has appeared in the Court of Appeal on behalf of an Appellant and has been successful in reducing his sentence of ten years imprisonment to eight years on the grounds of totality.

The Appellant had been convicted at Woolwich Crown Court of conspiracy to trafficking for exploitation and conspiracy to organise a sham marriage.
