Puneet Grewal , instructed by Balbir Paul from Halo Solicitors, represented a client who was acquitted by a jury at Isleworth Crown Court of exposure and outraging public decency.

The client, a medical doctor, was suffering from Bipolar Affective Disorder and was having a manic episode / suffering with delusional beliefs. The jury acquitted him of the exposure charges and found him not guilty by reason of insanity in relation to outraging public decency.
