Shanice Mahmud was instructed by Katerina Iwai of MK Law to represent the Defendant, a father, charged with intentional strangulation and battery, of his daughter. The trial transferred from the Central Criminal Court to the Aldersgate Nightingale Court, lasted seven days and involved extensive cross examination of two of the Defendant’s daughters and his mother. The jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on both counts.
