Flavia Kenyon secures the acquittal of defendant in Old Bailey murder

Flavia Kenyon and her leader Courtney Griffiths QC have secured the acquittal of their client following a murder trial at the Central Criminal Court. The defendant was charged with the joint enterprise murder of AN in Woodside Park in late March of this year. HHJ Christopher Moss QC allowed a submission of no case to answer at the close of the Prosecution case.
