Flavia Kenyon has successfully defended a man charged with sexual assault by biting a female on the neck on the dance floor of a night club. It was then alleged that he assaulted this female by punching her to the face whilst outside the club.
At trial the Crown relied on this man's previous conviction for sexual assault in 2012.
The Jury returned unanimous Not Guilty verdicts after a four -day- trial.
